I have a broad and diverse body of knowledge and experience including short sales, foreclosures, new home buyer purchases, investment properties, and my favorite of all, selling homes by using cutting-edge marketing techniques and technology. Being a native of Mexico City, I am fluent in Spanish and I am a pillar in the Hispanic community and served the Board of National Association Of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals from 2015-2019.
From my first day as a Realtor, my goal was to be the very best Realtor anywhere. For this reason, I have worked hard to educate myself in all facets of real estate. I attended home inspection school which has given me a great depth of knowledge in the components of a home which my buyer clients really appreciate. I look at every home with a critical eye, spotting flaws, imperfections and potentially costly repair items. I view it as protecting my clients. I also have had extensive negotiation training by one of the industry’s greatest mentors. As a Certified Master Negotiator, I get the best price and terms for all my clients. I also specialize in investment properties, flipping homes, senior living, new construction and relocation.
